This sweet couple shared their love story with us: “Kailey and Evan first met in the summer of 2019 in the old fashion way, a swipe right. Evan was completing his Master's while Kailey was in the middle of PA school. Kailey made it clear on the first date that she would not have time for settling down, but Evan's persistence was sure to change her mind. In the most untraditional order, they moved in together, adopted two fur babies, and then bought a house during the most stressful time as the world was shutting down in 2020. Nothing strengthens a bond like forced quarantine and learning to remodel a house that neither had any business doing. They had a lot of learning to do and really tested one another on their not-so-good days.

There were a lot of laughs and some tears, but they made it work and continued to learn from one another each day. In February of 2022 Evan finally had taken Kailey out West for the first time to Colorado because all she wanted was to see a moose, but instead she got altitude sickness and was almost buried by a blizzard on the side on the mountain. It wasn't all bad though because she got to say "yes" to her best friend. They have since adopted a third fur baby, finished 3 of 100 house projects, and are excited to continue to create memories and grow with one another each step of the way.”
