Honeybee For Keeps

Jenna + Cliff • Bel Air, MD

Jenna was such a joy to work with, and after seeing the mockup for her main artwork, she asked if she could add 8 ring holders to her collection! We are always sad when we don’t get to use every last flower from a bouquet, and these ring holders allowed us to let her stunning bouquet shine. Her flowers included small lisianthus and spray roses, which are great sizes for the small ring holders, and the large ring holder could also fit a gorgeous pink scabiosa - woohoo!

Fun fact about Jenna and Cliff: he proposed during a surprise sunrise hot air balloon ride, and she said yes at 1700 feet above Fawn Grove, PA! What a dreamy proposal! We think Cliff is a keeper for coming up with this incredible plan.

Jenna’s bouquet is a great example of how florals change during drying process. Take a look at the photos to see how the dark purple scabiosas and the red roses turned very dark (near black), and the pink lisianthus became a deep mauve, and all the white flowers turned ivory (while lisianthus typically transitions to yellow or lemon-lime!).

This luscious bouquet was created by one of our preferred florists, Ann’s Garden in Maryland. We love the quality of their florals and designs! The resin artwork collection included the hexagon Wedding Bouquet Preservation and both the small and large Faceted Ring Holders.
